Is this normal?

I think, at the same speed as I type or talk. I hear the thoughts in my head as if I was speaking. I talk my thoughts in a voice without speach, but the sme in every way, complete with pauses and infkection.  If tyoing, as I am now, my thoughts slow to that speed. I am thinking out loud, and writing what I say… say-ish.

As a point of interest, I should point out that I am under the influence of some rather strong THC… weed.
