My Snapchat Works Again

I’m so happy I got my Snapchat to work again. I try not to think about how I could have done it a year ago and not had to suffer with less than functional Snapchat. It’s my main tool for filming fun videos with different characters and faces.

Ironically I’m not a real fan of the social media version of snapchat. I just use the camera and the effects on both my phones and my desktop. My desktop version is no longer officially available but some genius hackers have worked out a way to continue using it and it is my prime camera choice on my webcam streams and desktop videos because it has the ability to recognize the camera even if something else has recognized it first and that’s a trick that few of the other camera companies have figured out.

Nobody at Snapchat could help me with my problem and nobody on read it or the other tech support forums had any support for it so I should probably make a video that explains how I solved because if there are others that have the same problem, I can be there solution. Most people had different problems though and their solutions were all over the internet.
Essentially on my Samsung s23 ultra, any of the functions that required me to touch the the center of the screen or any of the commands on the right or left sides of the camera view we’re not working.
I could tap away forever and that little heart that signifies a favorite would never light up. I could never see the details of the author of a filter and on the right side I could never activate some of the additional features like director mode because some of those require you to touch the middle of the screen and I couldn’t. I couldn’t use any of the filters that required a tap. I could only turn on the camera and use the basic filters which were still beneficial and worthwhile but I was missing so much.
I tried all of the solutions online multiple times and uninstalled, cleared the caches and reinstalled and nothing worked.
One day last week it occurred to me spontaneously that the dual messenger mode the Samsung offers is essentially like a fake copy of my operating system and an esim card duplicating a second phone
