The fifth time I remembered forgetting

Every time I come downstairs, I remember what I forgot to bring down with me, but it’s never important enough to make a special trip back upstairs just to get it.

This is common in my life, until I decide I’ve had enough and I make a special trip back upstairs, at which point it’s about 50/50 I’ll actually succeed and bring the thing downstairs.
