I grew up in a middle class family with a mother undiagnosed or named in thodrvdays but all you need to know was her negative voice had control.

In my terms, my mother only told the negative stories and a child has no concept of that so my world was consistently negative.

Once I learned there were two voices in my head, I always had hope.

Sadly I have no idea where I was so I make an odd arm gesture every reader will imagine differently in their head at that moment.

I hate when that happens. When I’m listening to a guided meditation or hypnosis trance,  when you have time to form an image when they’re about to describe their version. M

A positive supportive voice can build enough pride to energize a share.  A smile creates a new story.

Anything shared that creates a smile can be felt with a like or thumbs up.

My brain has learned to accept an online like as a digital representation of at least a smile.
