I have upset the pig

I fed the pig at around 4:30 this afternoon. It’s usual bedtime in the winter. I was blogging a little bit outside while the weather is still nice enough to do that, and I was having a little bit of fun. Then I got distracted and went inside without completing the process of the evening feed.I even joked about how it was a pretty easy job when I got back to my room. Even easy jobs can be done wrong apparently..So it’s 6:45 I decide to go outside and complete the good night process for everyone. I put the blanket over the pig turn out lights, close the door and then I’m done not beforeUnfortunately because I had forgotten that I supposed to do this as I have done for every day for the last 4 months, I didn’t remember to move the blanket out of his bed. This means that when he comes back after dinner he settles in on top of all the blankets and that’s a problem. So I make my way out here at 6:30 and as expected he is on all the blankets. I try my best to wiggle one out and it doesn’t work. He wakes up thinks it’s time to eat since those are the only times he wakes up during the day and grumbles at me angrily that there is no food waiting. Why did I wake him?I thought that might be the end of it but instead he walked all the way outside in the pitch black to where his food usually sits and he’s wondering around now making angry grumpy old pig sounds. And I’m stuck in his chicken coop waiting for him. I could go back inside and come out later but I probably won’t remember. This is the time I’m here I can wait it out and blog a bit.

I just noticed I only have 18% battery and I definitely need the flashlight to get back to the house so maybe I shouldn’t blog.
