I woke up first today at 6:30 a.m. feeling pretty good. I took my pill and sat up thinking this might be a good time to actually wake up and start doing things.

When I woke up the second time today it was 7:30 a.m. and I was still feeling good but the sun was very bright and it made me squint just enough to feel tired and go back to sleep again.

I can’t remember if I woke up in the 8:30 hour but it’s currently 9:30 and I’m up for good. I think. There is so much to do in my room but we have to start in small steps and I’d like to believe that today will be a good day for small steps.

I just have to avoid going back to sleep. I’m still feeling pretty good and inner optimistic mood.
