Diaries were always written to oneself. Private. Countless TV episodes have been dedicated to the events that unfold when a simbling or parent envades that privacy and reads your diary.

A blog is intended to be shared, at least to one… or hopefully more.  If you;’re lucky, enough to earn a following and reap the benfits of fans.

“I don’t want to be famous,
I just want a few fans”

I realized I have had that all along.

Now I want a few more.

Being liked is one of the most powerful feelings our brains can handle.  Love could be considered the highest level, often even ending in an orgasm.

They like me, they really like me.

It changes your universe. If you’re lucky enough to have this happen when you’re young, you may grow up without some of the issues the rest of us suffer from. If I don’t find at least one fan to really believe, then I may notlearn I am cool till age 50.

Like any new belief that changes your universe, you see it in others, and feel sad you can’t be the one that convinces them they are cool.

I wish I could be your fan, and have you believe.

You are special.
